Who: Students between 7th - 12th Grade

 

What: Our Virtual Camp program features an energetic and advanced AMRAP (As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible) full-body workout to improve strength, power, and endurance.


Personal Trainer Meghan Kelly, along with our Boulder / Broomfield staff, will push you to discover and break through your limits – mentally, physically, and spiritually. If you’re an athlete who wants to experience a challenging workout and be the best you can be both on and off the field, then our Virtual Camp is for you!
